We offer a full-service landscape maintenance as our standard package. Our standard service will take care of task such as mowing, edging, fertilization, plant pruning, weed control, gardening, and small tree work. We can also meet specific needs in your landscape such as over seeding, aeration, plant health/disease treatments, and many other common maintenance request. 

No need to worry if your landscape requires unique services. We offer a custom quote for every customer and are happy to help. 

Coy Land Techs operates under a C27 landscape contractor license. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured for any project we take on. As a licensed landscape contractor, we can take on almost any outdoor project. We gain experience daily with a full work week and non-stop project bidding, construction, and maintenance. The owners have a vast educational background that has allowed them to form a strict program of teaching any new employee to a complete every task in a specific standard, up to code, and up to our quality expectations.

We specialize in residential landscape planting, irrigation, and maintenance. With a combined experience in all three areas, we can properly plan your dream landscape so it thrives for years to come. We will also take on similiar landscape work such as mulch/rock installs, sod/grass installation, plant health, clean ups and any other general landscape work.

We are currently not taking on any form of hardscape installs, demo, or artificial grass installs. 

We can design your landscape to perform to the highest of standards. After years of maintenance experience we know what happens after the install not just the day of. When needed we can make 2d and 3d designs for HOA’s, and for your own approval of project scope. If you need a design only, but plan to use another contractor for the project, we do suggest going with a design only firm.
